Inspiring Females is our unique programme, created by students and staff, to inspire girls; helping them access traditional career routes, educating them as to what new movements are available in the world of careers, and empowering them to make wise and confident decisions about their futures.
Key to the Inspiring Females ethos is presenting authentic experiences of women at every career stage. It is very powerful when women of all ages share their challenges and spur each other on to succeed.
The programme has inspired over 30,000 young people aged 9 to 18 since 2016 with over 400 guest speakers volunteering their time to take part.
