Head of Careers

Norwich High School for Girls is seeking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead the delivery of our careers education, information, advice and guidance programme for pupils from Year 7 through to Year 13. This role is vital in an environment where we are ambitious for every student and focus on developing confident, resilient and aspirational young women. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our school is compliant with the Gatsby Benchmarks, empowering girls to make informed choices about their future careers and higher education pathways.

This is a full-time position, working during school term times only plus 10 days during the school holidays.

Development Officer
Part-time, Term-time only

Norwich High School for Girls is seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to work as a Development Officer, to help implement our alumnae, fundraising and community engagement strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Marketing Team, supporting the school’s vision and strategic aim to involve alumnae, their parents and, where possible, the wider school community in the life and work of the school.

This is a part-time 14.5 hours per week position, working during school term times only plus 10 days during the school holidays.

Sports Coach

Norwich High School for Girls is seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Sports Coach is required to assist with our senior school groups during a Wednesday Games afternoon. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a clear passion for sport to assist our highly experienced PE department. The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of Hockey, Netball and/or Cricket.

Prep School Assistant (GAP Placement)

Norwich High School for Girls is seeking a fixed term Prep School Assistant for the 2026/27 academic year. This role will be based solely in the Prep School, where the successful applicant will work with girls across the 3-11 year age range. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and nurturing individual and is ideal for a school leaver or graduate who is thinking about a career in teaching or enjoys working with children.
