Our Alumnae Community

We are very fortunate to be connected with a large group of Norwich High School for Girls alumnae.

By being part of the Norwich High and GDST Alumnae Network you join over 100,000 alumnae who serve as role models and career mentors to each other and students. This network spans the world and every professional sector.

There are endless opportunities. From mentoring to professional networking, self-development and social events, the network offers a community like no other.

By joining this network you will also receive our termly alumnae newsletter. If you have something that you would like to share in our next edition or on our LinkedIn page then please contact Elli Mitchelson, our Development Officer e.mitchelson@nor.gdst.net

You can also connect with your fellow alumnae via our LinkedIn page.

“Thank you for organising the events – it was a pleasure to talk to other old girls from so many years as everyone naturally has so much in common!”

“I have not kept in touch with Norwich High for years but having been to the event I now feel more connected and interested in what is happening at the school.”

“It was lovely to have a tour of the school and to see how much it has changed since I was there. What amazing facilities you have now for the girls, but the same warm atmosphere is there, which is great.”

Attend an event or a reunion

We are always delighted to welcome past students back into school; whether you would simply like a tour of the school grounds or to pop in for a cup of tea.

Each year, we hold regular reunions for our alumnae, normally taking place in June and November. We can support small and large events including catering, school tours and table plans. If you are planning a reunion and would like our help getting your year group together or providing the ideal venue then email Elli Mitchelson our Development Officer at e.mitchelson@nor.gdst.net.

Our alumnae are always very welcome to return to any school events, from our Carol Service to Fashion Show and our Open Mornings. Take a look at our events page to see what is happening now.

Inspire the next generation

As part of our valued alumnae community there is opportunity for you to give back to school by supporting current students.

This could include becoming a mentor, offering careers support via talks, advice or placement opportunities, or offering university advice.

If you would like to support a student through those opportunities please contact alumnae@nor.gdst.net or you volunteer via your alumnae network login.
