Norwich High School for Girls is thrilled once again to be partnering with the Norwich Science Festival, returning for its ninth year from 15th to 22nd February 2025. Taking place in venues across Norwich and Norfolk, the Festival promises an inspiring and diverse programme of talks, shows, and workshops for families to enjoy during February half-term. Organised by The Forum, this award-winning event showcases cutting-edge research alongside fun, engaging activities to uncover the wonders of the scientific world.

For the 2025 Festival, Norwich High School is proud to support a series of free careers talks focused on STEMM, designed for ages 12 and above. These talks aim to highlight the vast opportunities in science-related fields and inspire the next generation to pursue fulfilling careers in these areas. Full details can be found here:

Learn all about radiology – from how X-Rays are performed to why an MRI scanner makes so much noise – with Consultant Pediatric Radiologist at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Dr Aziekah Fiaz.
Audience members will also get the chance to perform an ultrasound on a simulator! A fantastic event for those interested in a medical career.
