Norwich High School for Girls GDST is excited to be opening our doors for the Heritage Open Days festival.

Heritage Open Days is an annual celebration of England’s history and culture that allows visitors free access to heritage sites and community events that are either not usually open to the public.

This year, our beautiful site will be open for self guided tours on Saturday 13th September. Book your place to explore our historic grounds at 95 Newmarket Road between 10am-2pm.

Norwich High School for Girls is a fine example of a suburban Regency Villa. The buildings retain many original features including stunning architrave. There will also be an optional talk at 11am by our Archivist Tom Greenwood in Eaton Grove Hall on site.
