Norwich High School for Girls Sponsors the 10th Anniversary Norwich Science Festival

Posted on 5th November 2025

We are thrilled to be partnering with the Norwich Science Festival, which takes place from 14th-21st February 2026.

Norwich High School for Girls is once again partnering with the Norwich Science Festival as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.

2026 marks our third consecutive year of sponsoring a vital series of STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine) careers talks at the Festival.

Imagining a Bold New Future & Championing Women in STEMM

The 2026 Norwich Science Festival will be based around the inspiring theme, ‘Your World, Reimagined.‘ The Festival invites everyone to “press pause on the way things are and imagine something new,” stepping into a space where science meets creativity to spark new possibilities. The programme will explore how we might transform our world and the things that matter most, asking questions: How might new technologies transform your health and well-being? What could climate action mean for the homes and communities we live in? And what would you change if you had the tools of science, innovation, technology and creativity at your fingertips?

Our continued partnership with the Science Festival reflects our commitment to champion women in STEMM and is an exciting opportunity for our students to see themselves reflected in the highest levels of scientific achievement.

At Norwich High School for Girls, our girls-first ethos equips our students to be the creative, scientific and imaginative leaders of the ‘reimagined world’ that the Science Festival will explore. As we reimagine what the future could look like, Norwich High wants to empower students to play their part in actively designing a future where historic gender imbalances in STEMM are eliminated.
